Keyword Research and Insights started immediately.
We do the research to work out what keywords are going to provide the best results for your campaign. This means a strong search volume, achievable level of competition, high ‘buyer intent’, and a strong relevance to the content on your website. We will share a Google Sheet with you and ask for your feedback or approval on the keywords list to move onto the next steps.

 

Baseline Ranking Report and Live Dashboard
We will send you a full report of your keywords and where you rank for each one, this is your baseline report which serves to compare the results as we proceed. We will also be providing login details to our Live Dashboard where you will be able to see where your website is ranking for any of your keywords in real time. You will also see helpful stats like Domain Authority, Number of Backlinks, Ahrefs Data, and more!

 

Your Onsite SEO Work and Report
Once we have completed your initial keyword research after the first few weeks, we will provide a full PDF report showing everything that we have done on your website, and what resolutions and progress we have made there. We will also provide a list of suggestions for you to implement on your side if you want to further enhance your keyword rankings.

 

Daily Ranking Alerts
If you have a new milestone ranking (a new top 100, top 10, or top 3 position) we will send you an instant notification so that you can check the result and are kept up to date with critical performance that pertains to your SEO campaign.

 

Weekly Ranking Reports
You can expect a keyword report on a weekly basis that shows what keywords you are ranking for and what position you are showing up in. These weekly reports also have a comparison column from the previous month, so that you can monitor the trending performance at a keyword level.

 

Monthly Activity Reports
We send monthly reporting that outlines all of the offsite SEO work that we have completed throughout the month, along with an overview of the results achieved from that work. Monthly reports contain a lot of important information, however there is also a lot of unnecessary filler. It is as if the reporting information is just 'plopped' into a template. One could say that UpWeb is too easy to work with. Why do I say that? They do their job, and send reports. We get tired of looking at the reports, but they keep at it. Finally, we get to the point where we have no idea what the heck is going on, so we go and check the info on their website for our website, and discover we can see the progress for each keyword over time. What I like about these guys is that when I put it to them would they guarantee a page 1 spot they said no that is something they would not do.
