You will absolutely love our services!
But, in the event that you are not happy or need to cancel your services with us, that is fine. No hard feelings!
Cancelling a Plan with UpWeb
Cancelling a plan with us couldn’t be more simple, just get in contact with us via the contact form on this website, via email, or over the phone and let us know that you need to stop the service for whatever reason.
We have no locked in contracts, no minimum payout fees, and no stress associated with our services.
If you are on a monthly plan, you just need to let us know before your next bill that you would like to stop services, and we will stop your bill and finalise the current month of agreed work.
If you are mid-month in a campaign we can still cancel your service, however, due to a lot of the upfront work involved in creating content, seeking opportunities, and preparing the work for the upcoming month, so cannot refund a month that is currently in progress. – This is one of the reasons we ask you to let us know before your payment comes out.

We are a very friendly and approachable team. For any disputes, questions, or concerns, we are always happy to get on a phone call or work through your situation via email so that we can come to a reasonable solution for all parties.
