Cancellation Policy for UpWeb Services

You will absolutely love our services!

But, in the event that you are not happy or need to cancel your services with us, that is fine. No hard feelings!

Cancelling a Plan with UpWeb

Cancelling a plan with us couldn’t be more simple, just get in contact with us via the contact form on this website, via email, or over the phone and let us know that you need to stop the service for whatever reason.

We have no locked in contracts, no minimum payout fees, and no stress associated with our services.

If you are on a monthly plan, you just need to let us know before your next bill that you would like to stop services, and we will stop your bill and finalise the current month of agreed work.

If you are mid-month in a campaign we can still cancel your service, however, due to a lot of the upfront work involved in creating content, seeking opportunities, and preparing the work for the upcoming month, so cannot refund a month that is currently in progress. – This is one of the reasons we ask you to let us know before your payment comes out.

    Monthly reports contain a lot of important information, however there is also a lot of unnecessary filler. It is as if the reporting information is just 'plopped' into a template. I am okay with templates, but the information/template hybridization needs to be reviewed before sending to clients as some of it does not read or fit well. Very happy with our services so far.

    One could say that UpWeb is too easy to work with. Why do I say that? They do their job, and send reports. We get tired of looking at the reports, but they keep at it. Finally, we get to the point where we have no idea what the heck is going on, so we go and check the info on their website for our website, and discover we can see the progress for each keyword over time. Very cool. And it seems that there is a lot of 'noise' in the Google system. OK, no problem. We have so many key words and phrases in the top 3 and 10, it is amazing. And they keep us there, even though others are trying to muscle in... :) We spend zero time on this, so 'too easy.' Isn't that what you want? 5 stars easy.

    I am spammed by 100's of emails every day by big promises from seo 'experts' guaranteeing a page 1 google spot! What I like about these guys is that when I put it to them would they guarantee a page 1 spot they said no that is something they would not do. I liked their honesty and frankly if they had said yes I would not have went with them. They said they new how google works and they were confident that they could develop an seo campaign that would bring more business my way.....and that they did....and although not guaranteeing a page 1 ranking they have accomplished this many times for excellent highly competitive keywords for my new website which is only about 18 months old. You have nothing to lose. No lock in contracts. Cancel any time! They are super competitive! I am very impressed with Upweb and highly recommend them based on my experience. My only regret is that I did not do this ten years ago. I will continue my relationship with Upweb as long as I have a business.
