Monthly reports contain a lot of important information, however there is also a lot of unnecessary filler. It is as if the reporting information is just 'plopped' into a template. I am okay with templates, but the information/template hybridization needs to be reviewed before sending to clients as some of it does not read or fit well. Very happy with our services so far.

One could say that UpWeb is too easy to work with. Why do I say that? They do their job, and send reports. We get tired of looking at the reports, but they keep at it. Finally, we get to the point where we have no idea what the heck is going on, so we go and check the info on their website for our website, and discover we can see the progress for each keyword over time. Very cool. And it seems that there is a lot of 'noise' in the Google system. OK, no problem. We have so many key words and phrases in the top 3 and 10, it is amazing. What I like about these guys is that when I put it to them would they guarantee a page 1 spot they said no that is something they would not do.
