1) How do you charge for multiple platforms?

Our pricing is per platform because each platform requires its own build, tracking setup, creative formats, and ongoing optimisation. If you want to run on multiple platforms (for example Search plus Social), we will recommend the mix that fits your goal and landing page, and we can apply a multi-platform discount depending on scope.

2) Does the price include ad spend?

No. Your ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform from your own account. Our fee covers strategy, setup, ongoing management, tracking, testing, and reporting. You control the budget at all times, and we can cap spend to your exact limits.

3) Can I hire you just to set up my campaign?

Yes. We can do a one-time build, but most campaigns improve materially after launch because the first few weeks produce the data we need to refine targeting, ads, and conversion tracking. If you want performance, not just “a campaign”, we recommend ongoing management for at least 90 days.

4) When can I expect results and ROI?

PPC can generate traffic immediately, but profitability depends on conversion tracking accuracy, offer strength, landing page fit, and how competitive your market is. Most accounts need a ramp-up period to test and remove wasted spend. As a general guide:

  • First 2–4 weeks: data collection, tracking validation, initial testing
  • Weeks 4–8: clearer winners, tighter targeting, improved efficiency
  • 60–90 days: more stable performance and scaling decisions

Some campaigns perform strongly in month one. Others need landing page improvements or a better offer to hit ROI.

5) How do I know you’re the right team?

On the first call we will:

  • sanity-check whether PPC is the right channel for your goal
  • identify the fastest path to results (and what would hold it back)
  • outline the test plan, tracking approach, and budget strategy

6) What if it doesn’t work?

If performance is not trending in the right direction after proper testing, we will be direct about why (tracking gaps, low converting landing page, weak offer, market economics, or insufficient budget for the auction). You are not locked into a contract. If you pause, you keep your account, campaigns, ads, audiences, keywords, and build work.

7) Do you require a minimum ad budget?

We don’t enforce a blanket minimum because it depends on your industry, location, and how expensive the clicks are. That said, there is a reality: if the budget is too low for your market, you won’t generate enough data to optimise properly. On your first call, we’ll tell you the practical minimum range to get meaningful traction and avoid burning spend.

8) Can you work with my budget limits?

Yes. You control spend inside your own account, and we can set hard daily or monthly caps. If your goal and budget don’t match (for example, you want 50 leads a week on a tiny budget), we’ll tell you straight and recommend the best path.

9) Do you help with landing pages, or only the ads?

We’ll always review your landing page because it directly affects cost per lead and ROI. Depending on what you need, we can either:

  • Provide a priority fix list (fastest wins first), or
  • Build or improve landing pages as an add-on so your traffic converts.
10) What if I already have campaigns running?

Perfect. We can audit what’s live, keep what’s working, and rebuild what isn’t. Most under-performing accounts come down to tracking gaps, sloppy structure, weak ad-to-landing-page match, or not enough testing. We’ll identify the leaks quickly.

11) Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. Everything runs inside your accounts, with your payment method, and you keep all campaigns, audiences, ads, and learnings even if you stop.
